 Our much loved 2017 Camry, one of the last Australian made units, had become dull and scruffy-looking. Even after washing, it never looked completely clean. We took it to Car Studios and Anto inspected the paint and explained that its condition was due to bad washing methods and weather. We found Anto to be a very genuine and caring guy who takes great pride in his work. Over the next few days, Anto and his crew provided regular video updates as they meticulously polished every millimeter of our car, inside and out.  Wow - Car Studios is just awesome!

I was considering a paint correction, ceramic coating and re-tinting of windows on my two-year old BMW G20 (the factory treatment was awful).

After seeing half a dozen ads on Facebook from numerous detailing companies (some with what seemed like amazing value for money), I decided to enquire around locally, and to get some reference points. After calling a few places, it seemed that a lot of the promotions that were advertised were not 100% transparent with actual services inclusions and cost. Then I came across Car Studios…

First of all, they are a local family owned business with quite an amazing set up - straight away you notice how professional, clean, detailed, contemporary and consistent the business is. I felt the team working there really had fun and a genuine passion for what they do - truly auto enthusiasts and a customer first attitude.

Secondly, Anto (the owner) is so humble and has an exceptional customer service focus. When I initially called, Anto took the time to give me as much information as possible over the phone, and even offered to inspect my vehicle the same afternoon - I headed straight down.

When I arrived, Anto was just a delight to deal with - he listened most of the time, asked targeted clarification questions, didn’t try to over sell and recommended and took me through several options and pricing. Not at any point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact, Anto suggested I get some touch up paint from Super Cheap Auto (for a few dints that made it through the clear coat), think about the options and to give him a call any time. Off I went to get the touch up paint (with a very positive first impression compared to the other firms I had spoken with).

Thirdly, I couldn’t believe how accomodating and personable Anto and the team were. After picking the paint up, I decided to call Anto to schedule an appointment (noting: I was heading interstate the next day for a couple of weeks for school holidays). To my astonishment, Anto offered to take my vehicle in whilst I was away and have it serviced and ready for my collection when I was back in town). I dropped my vehicle off the next morning, and whilst waiting for my Uber, had the opportunity to have coffee with Anto and to hear about his story - very inspiring! Whilst I was away, Anto was in regular contact with updates, pictures and videos. As I said amazing customer service!

Finally, the day of pick up! My vehicle looked stunning - as new! Actually it was in better condition compared to when it was delivered to me new from BMW! Anto introduced me to Jason, the detailing specialist who looked after my vehicle. Jason took me through everything, answered all my questions and taught me how to properly wash my vehicle. They also provided me with a complimentary ceramic spray (thanks!).

In summary, I am super impressed with Car Studios, and would highly recommend to my family, friends and network! Will definitely be using them again in the future. Would give 10 stars if I could.
